1. How do I update my billing information?
You can change your billing information via our online
form. Our billing department will than verify that this new
information is accurate.
2. How can I get an invoice of the charges made to my
account?
If in the future you would like to receive a hard copy of your
renewal, simply contact our billing department via our online form and
request a copy of the invoices for your account. These requests may
take between 1 and 2 business days to process.
3. Does my account renew automatically, how does it work?
Yes, your account will automatically renew for the next year on the first day of the month in the following year.
We require notification of non-renewal by fax or postal mail with your
signature within 30 days prior to your renewal date. Phone or email
notification is not acceptable. If you do not provide this notice,
your account will be renewed automatically.
4. How does the refund policy work?
Payless 4 Hosting has a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not
completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of
your contract, you will be given a partial refund of the contract amount
excluding setup fees. After the 30 day money back period their is an early termination fee of $50.
All cancellations must be received in writing; postal mail and fax
notifications are acceptable. Phone and email requests will not
constitute acceptance of any cancellation.
